With the Support at Home program now postponed to 1 November 2025, CareVision is taking the opportunity to roll out a powerful update tailored to the needs of NDIS providers, strengthening accountability, improving billing accuracy, and aligning with the sector's increasing focus on transparency and service tracking.

At the heart of the update is a smarter integration between time logs and case notes, ensuring that both planned and unplanned care activities are captured and eligible for billing. Calendar-synced bookings will continue to manage scheduled tasks such as assessments and reviews, while case notes can now automatically generate ad hoc bookings when unplanned activities occur.

To further support providers, CareVision is also introducing:

  • Weekly billable hour targets per staff member
  • Automated alerts for unmet targets
  • Live dashboards segmented by funding source
  • Billable time indicators for shifts, travel, and leave
  • Mobile access to timesheets and logs via the CareVision app

These upgrades streamline operations, reduce admin overhead, and support compliant NDIS claims.
