CareVision has introduced a new Advanced Search Toggle designed to improve efficiency for Head Office users managing staff and clients across multiple branches. The feature simplifies navigation within large organisations by enabling fast, accurate searches from a single search bar.

Activated directly beside the search field, the Advanced Search Toggle allows users to locate staff or clients using multiple identifiers, including user ID, first and last name, nickname, phone number, employee number, care recipient ID, and organisation global ID. This flexibility reduces time spent switching between records or manually changing branches.

Search results display users across all branches, with the system automatically selecting the correct branch upon profile access. Selected profiles open in a new browser tab, allowing Head Office teams to review multiple records simultaneously without disrupting their workflow.

By streamlining cross-branch visibility and improving access to key user profiles, the Advanced Search Toggle supports faster decision-making and more efficient care operations.
