The Service Review feature in the CareVision portal provides teams with a central space to review, validate, and approve service bookings before they proceed to billing and claims.

Accessible via Actions then Service Review, the Service Review Board displays service bookings within a selected date range and, by default, highlights only those that have not yet been approved. This allows teams to quickly identify bookings requiring attention and address potential issues early in the process.

Used by administrative, operations, and finance teams, the Service Review Board supports tasks such as reviewing bookings, resolving warnings, making service adjustments, and approving items individually or in bulk. Built-in filters help users manage higher booking volumes efficiently while maintaining data accuracy.
