Recycled clear glass paving from StoneSet Australia

StoneSet's Melbourne based installer, F & E Paving laid an area of recycled clear glass at this year's Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show to help an AQL garden to Gold, the second in successive months where StoneSet has been featured.

StoneSet were lucky enough to be involved in this years event through the AQL design team lead by principal Wayne De Klijn. The garden entitled 'Food for Thought' featured recycled glass StoneSet giving the area not only a permeable aspect, but also recycled too. Our congratulations goes out to Wayne and the team, we know how hard they worked on the project and know it deserves the praise it is receiving.

The glass come from a recycling process which first separates it from other materials, like plastic and paper and is then separated from other colours using an optical separation method. The process also includes 'tumbling' which smooths off all sharp edges, making it as safe as gravel.
