Heating a 170 year old heritage listed building with no capacity for new power circuits, high ceilings and no insulation may have seemed like an impossible task for the occupiers of this building when they began looking for heating solutions. After many calls to various infra red suppliers they were disheartened by the lack of knowledge and confidence these suppliers had in their product - that is until they contacted Heat-On systems.

The 2 storey building consists of 8 rooms, 14 work stations and a board room. The positioning of the heating panels was critical to obtaining optimal heating performance. Heat-On took into account the needs of each room, limitations such as power point positions and drafty windows, and promptly designed a system to best suit the unique needs of the customer and the limitations of the building.

Heat-On recommended 900W Do It Yourself Far Infra Red (DIY FIR) slim line wall mounted panels for the entire project. These sleek heaters are a mere 25mm yet emit a comforting 95% far infra red radiant heat without being too hot to touch. Competing heaters are typically 1000W, 1200W, 2000W and 2400W variants and are double the thickness at around 50mm. Yet Heat-On's 900W DIY FIR panel heaters are able to warm up the same area, with half the thickness, and provide a much sleeker more aesthetically pleasing finish.
