Support At Home Communication Channels Available Now.

CareVision has launched a range of dedicated communication channels to support providers transitioning to the new Support at Home model. These tools are designed to keep teams informed, connected, and equipped with the latest updates and resources.

A Weekly Project Email Update is now sent to users, outlining recent progress, upcoming tasks, and providing helpful guides on new system functionalities. This ensures providers stay on track with key milestones during the transition.

To help teams stay ahead, a new Sandbox Release Announcements email group has also been created. Subscribing to this group gives users timely alerts- usually within 24 hours- whenever new items are released to the Sandbox environment for testing. Note: Subscription is a two-step process requiring email confirmation.

The CareVision Academy Knowledgebase now features a dedicated Support At Home Transition category. Users are encouraged to follow this section for real-time updates and changes to related documentation.

For questions and suggestions, users can submit feedback through the Support Chat's Guided Conversations or raise Support Tickets directly from the My Area tab of the Knowledgebase. Be sure to tag requests under "Support At Home" to ensure they reach the appropriate team.

For any other queries, CareVision's support team remains available via phone at 1300 324 070, or visit www.carevision.com to find out more.
