How to Process NDIS Claims with CareVision and HiCAPS Integration

If you are a registered NDIS provider, you can use CareVision with HiCAPS integration to submit your claims easily and efficiently. The video above will show you how to do it in a few simple steps.

First, you need to connect your HiCAPS account to your Care Vision portal. Go to Settings, Integrations and click the Link My Account button. HiCAPS will help you access the NDIS data and plans for your clients.

Next, you need to check that your client profiles have the correct information, such as last name, date of birth and NDIS number. You also need to review and approve the bookings that you want to claim for. Make sure they have the right billing categories and funding sources.

Finally, you can export and process your claim using the integration. You can preview and verify the details before making the claim. You can also view the history of your previous claims.
