From there, providers can add a Funding Source Template, review applicable funding fee items, allocate co-contributions, and manage rollover balances and maximum contributions. Care managers can also end-date old HCP care management items, review or add recurring and once-off services, and upload supporting attachments. Once all details are confirmed, the quote can be recalculated and generated for final approval.
