StoneSet install creative pathways for Wyong Shire Council

A StoneSet Sense-Sation

September saw StoneSet working with Orange approved installer, Naturally Green, to complete a job for Wyong Shire Council as part of a $500,000 park redevelopment.

The project began following a council initiative and was designed to specifically welcome those with disabilities. The council wanted to create a sensory masterpiece, incorporating colour, scent and sound. StoneSet were tasked with creating shapes and patterns throughout the concrete pathways, which were already in place.

StoneSet used 6mm Red Glass to create letters, patterns and shapes, which totalled an area of 30 square meters. The StoneSet was laid over existing concrete at a depth of 16mm and it took a team of four to complete the job in one day.

The finished result was a wonderfully bold and vibrant design; exactly what was needed for this special project.
