How to Add NDIS Participants to CareVision

One of the important features of CareVision is that it has NDIS & Disability Software. How to add NDIS participants on the platform is simple. This Ultimate Care Platform allows you to effectively manage NDIS participants and help them reach their goals, identify their care needs, create schedules, and also assist in claims, contracts, and quotes.

To help you get started with helping NDIS Participants, you first need to add them to the CareVision Platform. A step-by-step guide can be found on the CareVision Academy, specifically the Coordinators Course in the lesson Adding a New Lead Client and Initial Lead Nurture.

To add a disability participant, it has the same starting procedure as that of other clients. The main difference is in the Detailed Profile section where you add more information about participants, such as birth date, country of birth, care type, and contact alerts. This is also the section where you need to add the participant's NDIS number as well as their Medicare Card ID and expiration date plus DVA Card Status and My Aged Care Reference Number, if applicable.
