Fire Form™ commercial wall system from Zego

The commercial Fire Form™ wall system consists of two foam panels separated by only 6 interconnects per form. The designer or owner has the choice of 60mm, 100mm, 150mm insulating foam panels. The thicker the panel, the larger the R value and STC rating.

With only 6 interconnect, assembly time is kept to a minimum. The interconnects lock the panel horizontally and vertically alleviating the possibility of the forms separating during the concrete pour. The forms are assembled on the set out marks, so there is no assembly area required or triple handling of the product.

ZEGO® Interconnects are also designed for precise reinforcement placement and cover as per AS 3600 part 5.74. Available in sizes to cast fire rated reinforced concrete 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm etc. with full certification as per AS3600 for structural, fire rating, thermal and acoustic testing.

Suitable for party walls and boundary walls where fire rating, thermal and acoustic properties required, duplexes, townhouses and multi-story developments.
