Support At Home Group Training Webinar Program Available Now.

CareVision has announced the launch of its group training webinar program to support aged care providers transitioning to the new Support at Home model. While guide documents will be published as new system features are released, many organisations have requested additional training, prompting this initiative.

The webinar program, scheduled for late May to early June, will run over 2-3 weeks and cover everything providers need to know to operate effectively using CareVision under Support at Home. The sessions are designed to help organisations navigate key workflows and system updates with confidence.

In addition to the group training, each participating organisation will receive four one-hour one-on-one sessions with a CareVision trainer. These personalised sessions will allow teams to explore specific scenarios, raise questions, and follow up on items relevant to their operations.
