The Detailed Profile allows managers to capture and maintain essential staff data beyond the initial profile setup. This includes reviewing, updating, or completing fields that are critical for rostering, payroll accuracy, and compliance. By taking the time to complete this section properly, providers can safeguard against errors that affect both staff and client outcomes. Updating the Detailed Profile is simple. From the People menu, select Teams, choose the relevant staff member, and open the Detailed Profile section. All existing information can be reviewed and updated, and any blank fields completed. Once changes are finalised, clicking Save Changes ensures the profile reflects the latest information.
