An Outlet ID is a unique code that links transactions to a specific outlet location. Regular updates help maintain data integrity across funding sources and client records. With CareVision, updating Outlet IDs is a straightforward process that strengthens financial reporting accuracy.

Updating Outlet IDs in CareVision:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Funding Sources.
  3. Choose the relevant funding source from the Funding Source Templates list.
  4. Enter the new value in the Outlet Activity ID field.
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
  6. Contact the CareVision Support Team to ensure the new values are pushed down to the client level.
