Stainless Heelsafe® Anti-Slip Grates for Victoria Square by ACO Victoria Square was recently redeveloped and is the location for a diverse range of cultural events and activities in the heart of Adelaide. The upgrade involved providing a large lawn event space with plug and play infrastructure for mobile activities, a pedestrian promenade, installation of lighting for safety and a new water feature. Project Design Brief Designers required safe, efficient and durable drainage systems across the entire Victoria Square site. The trench drains needed to be strong for heavy duty service vehicles and safe for pedestrians in wet weather. The appearance of the trench drainage also needed to compliment the grey granite paving.
