Blindside Below Ground Sheet Membrane Waterproofing from Bayset

COLPHENE BSW is a fully reinforced membrane specially designed for blindside waterproofing applications. It is composed of high performance SBS modified bitumen combined with an ultra-high-strength composite (glass and non-woven polyester).

Advantages

- Increased resistance to hydrostatic pressure
- Superior resistance to tears and punctures

The top face of the membrane is SBS modified bitumen coated with sand. the specially formulated surface softens slightly as the concrete starts to cure, releasing heat. This promotes adherence of the membrane to the concrete, and prevents the ingress or migration of water around the structure.
