Ipswich Health Plaza is a community health centre located on Bell St in central Ipswich. The roof top parking deck accommodates approximately 200 car spaces. The area underwent remedial work in early January 2016 due to water ingress into the lower parking deck areas. The existing coating which had failed over the years was replaced with a trafficable membrane system from Soprema.

Primer: Bostik N49 Primer, a porous substrate primer for polyurethane sealants.
Sealant: Bostik Seal N Flex FC, one part fast curing polyurethane sealant.

Carpark Parking Deck
Primer: Soprema Alsan Trafik HP 510, one component polyurethane based primer.
Membrane: Soprema Alsan Trafik HP 520, single component polyurethane membrane.
Wear Coat: Soprema Alsan Trafik HP 530, single component polyurethane wear coat incorporated with non slip aggregates.
Wear Coat: Soprema Alsan Trafik HP 530, single component polyurethane wear coat.
Finish Coat: Soprema Alsan Trafik HP 540, single component polyurethane finish coat with colour pack.

Concrete Parapets Walls
Primer: Globalcote Primecote Sealer Primer, water based acrylic primer.
Façade Coat: Globalcote Elastacote Mid Lustre, one part water based acrylic membrane/coating system.
