Louvreclad's craftsmanship is manifested in the 10-storey state-of-the-art $33M Clifton Hill TLC Aged Care, Fitzroy North Victoria. The project brief required Louvreclad to design, produce, and install 4,417 linear metres of their Wickham Series® vertical louvre facades with a clay terracotta look. To achieve this, the team provided the aluminium elliptical louvres in four different powder coated colours to create a unique facade solution that distinguishes Clifton Hill as one above the rest.

The Wickham Series® bespoke vertical louvred screen consists of a 200mm ellipsoid blade system for enhanced impact resistance and durable architectural design.
