Louvreclad assisted builder Hutchison Builders with the required bespoke sun hood that needed to be seamlessly integrated into the building's facade. The result was a 3mm aluminium custom-designed window hood, which was made with key inputs from the window and cladding subcontractors. These were used across 7 storeys, which created a stunning facade.

Apart from being aesthetically pleasing, this sun hood did its job. Not only was it able to offer sun control but it was also an effective deterrent for birds. To reflect the vibrant and innovative culture of the University, two-toned colours were used on the window hoods.
