Non Slip Factory Floor with Jaxxon 1525 from Bayset
BORAL ROOF TILE FACTORY - BRISBANE Approved NMP applicator, The Epoxy Floor Coating Specialists, carried out this application to provide a non-slip finish with clearly defined demarcation areas. Surface preparation consisted of diamond grinding and high-pressure hot water rotary cleaning. Kevlar®-reinforced JAXXON 1525 was selected due to the excellent wear and impact resistance properties, and was applied in two coats. Alox (aluminium oxide) was broadcast into the surface while the first coat was still wet. Once cured, a second coat of JAXXON 1525 was applied. Richard Mactaggart of The Epoxy Floor Coating Specialists reports that the coating has performed to expectations.
