Protecting Assets with Spray Applied Coatings from Rhino Linings

The economic impact of corrosion is often exacerbated in humid, tropical conditions found in areas such as northern Queensland. The moisture and heat accelerate the deterioration of machinery, vehicles and assets. Applying a protective surface coating is one way of minimising or reducing the effect.
When it comes to corrosion, abrasion and impact protection, Spray-applied polymer surface treatments can meet the demands of the variable Australian climate including the often harsh working environments of construction sites, remote mining facilities, through to automotive, agricultural, marine, military and local council infrastructure requirements.
Despite still challenging economic conditions, Rhino Linings is experiencing strong growth in all regional areas of Australia and expanding the range of companies we have been approaching to be applicators and dealers.
"The addition of Rhino Linings to a panel beater, repair shop or even commercial painter, can extend the range of services that can be offered."

While RLA has its origins in the automotive industry, our products are not just used for ute trays. For more than a quarter of a century Rhino has also been protecting military vehicles, boats, flooring, buildings, structures and industrial equipment, in addition to traditional trucks, 4WDs and prime movers.
Having started out as a domestic and commercial painter, Haydon Mann and his partner Sheree took on the Rhino Linings Townsville dealership. This move has allowed them to shift into a variety of other asset protection work.
When the opportunity of taking up a full Rhino Linings dealership came, Haydon didn't have to deliberate too long before accepting. He realised that a lot of the techniques learned as a painter were the same for using Rhino Lining's spray polymers, with preparation being key to ensuring a great finish. These same skills are also required by panel beaters and spray painters.
During his first year as an applicator/dealer, Haydon and his staff worked a diverse range of projects which included coating a whole boat, cane harvester spirals and other farm equipment, floors and spraying the externals of 4WD vehicles, not to mention the usual ute tub liners.
"Did you know that cane farmers usually have to replace parts of their harvesters every year? Being coated with Rhino spray applied linings can extend this to a least three years resulting in far less downtime."
For a new Rhino Linings Applicator, a low 'buy in' price allows them to grow their business at their own pace because they only have to buy materials. There are no traditional franchise fees to be paid, and applicators and dealers have end-to-end support with access to service engineers and backup from the experienced technical support staff.
RLA assists its dealers in developing best method procedures and practices for chemical handling and machinery used to apply our products. We are fully committed to the development of new technologies, products, and services that offer the best solutions to the needs of our customers, applicators and distributors.
