High Gloss Showroom Floor from Rhino Linings

When considering new projects, there are a number of options available to a flooring contractor. This was evident when Rhino Linings Warrnambool (Chemblast Industrial Coatings) quoted they were originally going to 3-4mm self level the entire area (new and old slabs), this process would have blown out both the budget and timing allocated.

It was decided the best plan of action was to section off the slabs and carry out localised repairs following the existing contour off the slabs. The inactive expansion joins were laminated over and the active expansion joints repaired and re cut.

To complete the work the floor was primed with Rhino ArmaFloor 200SC prior to being coated with Rhino ArmaFloor 400UHS. Decorative flake was broadcast prior to being top coated with Rhino UltraCoat Clear.

The completed job came well within budget and timeframe required by the customer. The floor itself provides a durable high gloss showroom finish that is easy to clean and maintain.
