Accepting NDIS Client Booking Assignments by StaffCareVision simplifies the acceptance of NDIS clients' booking assignments for staff, enhancing the efficiency of care organisations. A care platform's primary objective is to streamline tasks for both clients and their caregivers, and CareVision does just that. To start, enable the Staff Acceptance Bookings feature in the general settings. Simply toggle the button and click save. Once jobs (or bookings) are created, they can be in one of three statuses: Published - awaiting acceptance, Published - accepted, or unallocated. This helps the scheduling team track all bookings and see if they have been accepted by a staff member. Unallocated bookings are those that have yet to be accepted, and the scheduling team will receive alerts for these. Caregivers and staff members will receive booking notifications, allowing them to accept or reject each one. Each booking will include comprehensive details such as the task, time, date, client's name, and address.
