Updating Care Plan Services for NDIS Client

Every patient is different and there will be times when the care and services an NDIS client needs will change. Updating plan care services for an NDIS client is simple to do on CareVision. You simply click on the Care Plans tab on a Client's Profile. From there, you will find an "Update Care Plan" button, which is right beside the client's Status.

One of the best things about the Update Care Plan feature of CareVision is that there is Restricted Editing. Certain items on the care plan item cannot be edited, which can help in the accidental removal of essential client schedules or services. This includes the care plan item schedule, frequency type, and start date.

Another helpful feature of CareVision is the one-click duplicate. This gives you the ability to copy a care plan item but you may put in a new start date, and edit the frequency and occurrences.

It's important to follow best practices on CareVision for seamless scheduling for your NDIS client. For example, if a once-off change is required, there's no need to update the care plan. You simply need to update the service from the calendar.
