How to Add NDIS Participants to NDIS Software

Starting your journey to assist NDIS Participants involves adding them to the CareVision NDIS Software Platform. A step-by-step guide is available through the CareVision Academy, specifically in the Coordinators Course, under the lesson 'Adding a New Lead Client and Initial Lead Nurture.'

Adding a disability participant follows a procedure similar to adding other clients, with a focus on the Detailed Profile section. In this section, you can input additional participant information, including birth date, country of birth, care type, and contact alerts. It's also where you'll record essential details like the participant's NDIS number, Medicare Card ID, expiration date, DVA Card Status, and My Aged Care Reference Number, if applicable.
