Personal Care Products Standard Publicly Released from GECA GECA is pleased to advise that the Personal Care Products standard has been publicly released. This standard applies to toiletry and personal care products such as soaps, shampoos, oral hygiene products, skin care products, cosmetics, deodorants and more. It supersedes GECA 06-2007 Personal Care Products & GECA 22-2008 Shampoos and Soaps.
