The iPAVE Sales Process

At iPAVE we try to offer products for the coping and surrounds that are cutting edge, unique but affordable.

The pool finish selection is for most clients fairly daunting so we have fitted our display centre out as a specialist centre to enable us to walk the client through the various steps. First we talk to them to determine what is most important to them, the colour, size and texture of the coping surrounds, the pool interior and water or the features like cladding, waterline tiles or border. Once we establish a starting point it is relatively easy then to blend the other elements and bring the whole package together.

We always recommend a visit to one of our three state of the art display centres, it is the best place to see our complete range of products. Before clients arrive we recommend taking a few rough measurements plus a couple of photos of the area. When they arrive one of our sales staff will consult with them to gain an understanding of their needs, and will recommend a range of products to suit their taste, budget and lifestyle. From there we can usually arrange quotes and supply samples for them to take home. If they don't have a tradesperson booked in, we can also recommend a reliable, licensed tradesman in their area to install the chosen materials.
