Polyurethane Insulated Door Blades

Available in sliding and hinged door configuration each door comes complete with 20mm thick hardware fixing locations strategically located to suit a number of brands of hardware and for left or right openings.

Door blades are available in two standard thicknesses 75mm & 100mm machine injected polyurethane (PUR), Sheeted with 0.5mm surfmist white color-bond steel. Capped with anodised aluminium, invisibly fixed. Hinged door blades come complete with EL85 PVC frame and floor gaskets (fitted).

Hinged doors blades are available with a clear opening size of 800mm x 2000mm with panel thicknesses of 75mm or 100mm.

Sliding door blades are available with clear openings 1000mm x 2000mm, 1500mm x 2000mm & 1800mm x 2000mm with panel thicknesses of 75mm & 100mm.

Door Frame Kits

The CRH Hinged Door Frame is provided as a pre-cut kitset and is designed to provide a finished clear opening of 800mm wide x 2000mm high. Different kits set codes allow for different wall panel thicknesses. All kits provide a 'cold break'.

Sliding door frame kits are available to suit 3 clear openings and 3 panel thicknesses 75mm, 100mm & 150mm. All Sliding door frame kits provide a 'cold break' and are supplied with nylon fixing bolts.
