Completed in 2022, the Meadowbank Education Precinct- a new purpose-built school that combines the Meadowbank Public School and Marsden High School, features a multi-level and multi-purpose school design based on the concept of "learning in the landscape."

Designed by Woods Bagot, the project contains modern adaptable home bases, workshops, laboratories, a 4-level central library, an indoor gymnasium, a multi-purpose communal hall, as well as covered and uncovered outdoor recreational learning and play areas.

Stainless Steel Metal Ceilings

For this project, Durlum Metal ceilings from Network Architectural were engaged for the covered outdoor areas, gymnasium and school hall, and outdoor passageways. Products used for the project include S7 decorative stainless steel panels, heavy-duty impact-resistant mesh, and custom corrugated perforated ceiling and wall panels for matching exterior brickwork.

Throughout the project's life cycle- starting from conceptual design, CAD drawings and prototypes to final sign-off and production, the Durlum design team worked closely with Woods Bagot and interior contractor X-clusive group to produce a successful completion of the project.
