AYZ Landscapes was awarded a contract for the drainage culvert construction and landscaping of high-density housing development in Zetland, NSW. The project at the frontage of 13 Joynton Ave required excavation plus the installation of a concrete base as well as a 2 x 3-metre major drainage culvert.

With the help of engineers, AYZ was able to re-design the footings of the pier so as to install a boardwalk over the culvert. Creation of this boardwalk involved the forming and pouring of piers, the construction of galvanised steel frame, and also the installation of a mesh decking with a timber kick rail.
