Fairview Architectural was enlisted to provide the natural stone cladding in pale sandstone used for the development of the latest addition to Eastern Sydney's stunning mixed-use development, Encore. The team worked together with Stargate Property Group and the award-winning architectural practice, MHN Design Union, in the refurbishment of the existing street frontage, which included the installation of Fairview Architectural's Vitrastone and Vitracore G2 in Brushed Copper finish.

Encore offers retail space and sustainable residential apartments on bustling Oxford Street, located in Bondi Junction.

The modern frontage was completed through the use of Fairview's natural stone cladding system, Vitrastone, in Pale Sandstone on the two-storey façade. The podium on level three highlights Fairview's non-combustible aluminium cladding Vitracore G2, in the popular Brushed Copper finish. All the natural stone cladding products were expertly installed by the team at JJP Group.
