Coordinator's Course

CareVision Academy's Coordinators Course is an online module that allows Care Managers and Care Workers to master keeping track of the most up to date client details (ie. It also includes training for important monitoring tools such as client leave tracking, budgeting, forecasts, and more.

The first video lesson in the Coordinators Course at CareVision Academy discusses How to add Home Care Clients and all about nurturing leads or prospective customers. The module shows clear instructions on how to fill out a lead's basic personal information including names, demographic details, uploading lead photos, and more. Aside from adding basic client details, this module also discusses all about how to add notes, creating tasks and managing them, as well as scheduling for home visits.
