Spray-Lock® 6200 is a versatile spray adhesive that is naturally suited for adhering to approved carpet tile in commercial and residential applications.

It uses 80% less adhesive compared to trowel-applied bucket adhesive. 6200's instant shear strength allows for all traffic without any adhesive indentation, displacement or movement associated with heavy weight-bearing loads.

Suitable Substrates

Spray-Lock® 6200 bonds approved carpet tile to the following properly prepared smooth, flat, dust-free substrates:

Technical Characteristics

Spray-Lock® 6200 provides immediate shear strength after installation allowing instant access to finished floor It is solvent-free, emits no harmful fumes and contains 0.020 g/ml VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) in content. Uses non-ozone-depleting HFC propellant. According to EPA Test Method 8260B.

Spray-Lock® 6200 withstands 8 lbs. of vapor emissions, 90% RH and 11 pH.
