Structural Insulated Panel Building System from Poly-Tek The Poly-Tek SIP Building system comprises of Insulated Sandwich Panels (cementuous skins & an EPS Core) combined with timber or steel joiners/studs. The panels are locked off at the bottom with a bottom plate and similarly at the top with a top & ribbon plate. Panels are available in a Pre Render effect finish or as an uncoated render-ready option. The insulated core of the panels provides fantastic thermal properties; R-Value 2.7 in summer and R-Value 3.0 in winter, ensuring reduced energy costs for the homeowner. Recently we completed all interior and exterior walls on a low set 4br/2bth house, ready for trusses in 4 days! All Panels feature electrical cut outs at 300mm intervals and design versatility is ensured as we offer multiple Panel sizes being 900mm & 1200mm x 2400mm, 2700mm & 3000mm.
