Unlike many external panel systems Poly-Tek's Enviro Panels are supplied pre finished with an in house render coating and, once installed, only require painting. Not only do you eliminate trades (bricklayer/renderer) but you save vital build time, ease a lot of headaches by only dealing with one contractor (or D.I.Y.) whilst reducing expensive on site costs such as scaffold hire. A 100m² surface area can be installed in a couple of days ensuring faster lock up. There is no need for structural bracing ply or builder's paper and they provide high thermal insulation and great acoustic properties by presenting significant resistance to airborne sounds.

Comprising of a high density EPS insulation core and reinforced on the finished side with 4.5mm FC (Fibre Cement) sheet and on the fixing side with 4mm Structural Bracing Ply maintaining structural integrity and being resistant to warping or buckling. Poly-Tek Enviro Panels come with an Engineered Certified and BCA compliant installation system and achieve impressive 'R' ratings helping you to attain 5 star energy ratings whilst ensuring reduced cooling and heating costs for the products entire lifetime.

Due to the flexible surface membrane the panel will not experience cracking or lime bleed which can be a huge problem with other rendered alternatives. Poly-Tek Enviro Panels offer an impressive size range which can be used either vertically or horizontally giving a clean shadowline appearance with fast and easy installation.
