Accredited Roof Truss Installers are on the cards!

Early in 2011 MiTek developed a co-ordinated, accredited truss installation training course; one focused specifically on identifying the correct procedures for the installation of roof trusses. Licensed MiTek fabricator, AAA Advanced Truss P/L, in Dandenong, were quick to jump on board. One of AAA's valued clients, Porter Davis Homes, (awarded Australia's Most Professional Builder for the 3rd time in a row) was also keen to get involved! 'We are always looking for new ways to improve on the quality of our homes...and this just seemed a natural progression of that,' said Wayne Walsh, Group Building Manager at Porter Davis.

'Training supervisors and installers to do their job properly and safely is a non-negotiable for a company like Porter Davis. Being able to run the course to suit our timetable and choice of venue is a big plus too,' added Wayne.
