In cyclonic or high wind areas, it is essential to ensure trusses are securely tied down to resist high uplift forces.

MiTek's new BlockFast strap is a quick and simple installation method for holding down roof trusses to the tops of concrete masonry walls. Easier to use than steel cleats, BlockFast strap can be slipped into place in any number of ways; requires no pre-drilling or bolting and has target rings on the strap to assist in nail gun accuracy.
