Surface Preparation. The surface must be first conditioned to achieve full adherence to the roof coating system. Premclean is applied before pressure cleaning to assist in the removal of dirt, oil, moss, lichen and other foreign matter. The high-grade product is specifically designed to release moss, lichen and minor deposits of oil and grease from a variety of substrates. Premclean will make subsequent pressure cleaning faster and more effective. After cleaning and before priming, Anti-mould Plus+ is recommended. The biocide treatment will inhibit the breeding of moss, lichen, algae and moulds.

Roof Pointing. Durapoint must be applied in one (1) coat; on bedding mortar. The flexible roof pointing compound is compatible with both old and new roof tiles.

Primer Coat. Primecrete reduces the absorption loss of subsequent finishes, making it an essential component for the adhesion of the roof coating system. The surface sealer must be applied in one (1) coat. One (1) coat of Levelcoat may also be opted for application to level the surface and smooth out badly weathered and worn concrete roof tiles. It must be applied before the top coat.

Top Coat. Two (2) coats of Duramembrane must be applied for the top coat. The 100% acrylic top coat sealer is specifically designed to restore, rejuvenate and seal old and aged roofs. The resulting finish is highly durable and flexible, specifically formulated to endure harsh Australian and Southeast Asian weather conditions. In addition, Duramembrane will bring old and aged roofs to their former glory with a new and more modern colour.
