Cova-Wall® exterior polystyrene wall cladding outperforms traditional concrete, timber, or metal applications because of its extremely light and versatile insulation finishing system. Able to be carried by hand, the materials are easily transported to site and installed without the need for large equipment. They are also easier to cut to specific sizes and thickness, minimising on labour time and construction costs.

Made with light yet closed-cellular expanded polystyrene (EPS) moulded panels, Cova-Wall® inhibits not just the free flow of heat but also prevents the penetration of harmful chemicals, keeping the structure in its best state even after years of application. The moulded panels are coated with an exterior coating system to enhance durability and weatherproof properties.

Cova-Wall® surpassed its assessment under Australian Building Standard AS/NZS 4284:2008, which validates the ability of the exterior polystyrene wall cladding to withstand weather extremities, water penetration, and natural movement. As a result, the property is not only visually appealing but also well-insulated and long-lasting. It is the cladding that you can count on.

Impermeable, Cova-Wall® resists the unwanted chemicals and bacteria, hence it requires only minimum upkeep. The cladding is easily cleaned using water with a mild detergent and at a low pressure.

JPS Coatings offers two options for panels for the exterior polystyrene wall cladding:

• Plain EPS Panel System - Consists of plain and vented EPS Panels, coated with Patch 'Em-Up® at a thickness not less than 2mm. A Fastwall Render® is applied accordingly with a thickness of 2-4mm.
• Pre-Rendered Panels - Uses factory-coated panels, polymer modified render, and a fibreglass mesh attached over panel joints only.
