PolyBoard Acrylic Modified Render from JPS Coatings

A premixed cementitious base coat consisting of washed silica sand, cement, and various additives, PolyBoard Acrylic Modified Render is designed to provide excellent adhesion, water-resistance, long-term durability, and protection of low absorbency substrates such as expanded polystyrene (EPS) or pre-coated polystyrene sheets. This acrylic modified render was created as part of the innovative Cova-Wall® External Insulated Finishing System (EIFS) by JPS Coatings, a high-performance solution for polystyrene wall cladding needs.

PolyBoard Render is supplied in a dry powder form, prepared with clean potable water to produce a smooth paste. To achieve optimum adhesion, apply the acrylic modified render only to a clean and dry substrate without any residue or contaminants. Polyboard will dry at 25°C and 50% relative humidity normally in 2-8 hours, and a texture coating can be applied with your choice of product after 7 days.
