Melbourne based premium LED lighting company Brightgreen presents the BR1000 bulb - a direct replacement for 100W incandescent bulbs that marks a significant expansion of the brand's retrofit range.

The BR1000 runs on just 12.5W of power, generating a maximum brightness of 1050 lumens to give an efficacy of 84 lumens per Watt.

Unlike the majority of LED equivalents that contain a hemispherical luminaire and only emit light in a 180° spread, the pioneering design of the BR1000 allows it to cast a 270° spread of warm 3000K light for more effective illumination.
