Insulated Cladding Cova-Wall® from JPS Coatings

JPS Coatings is proud to supply their signature brand of insulated cladding to the Australian building and construction sector. Cova-Wall® is a CodeMark™ certified exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) that is fully BCA & NCC compliant to the current testing methods, 2015/16 (BCA-V2).

Cova-Wall® polystyrene wall cladding is a lightweight, reinforced with fibreglass mesh, insulating wall cladding system that has been developed to meet Australian conditions and is based on proven technology used extensively throughout Europe and Northern America for decades.

The system consists of five components:

Panels of expanded polystyrene foam are screwed to the substrate.
A base coat that is trowelled over the foam panels.
A fiberglass reinforcing mesh that is laid over the polystyrene panels and fully embedded in the base coat.
A Finish coat that is trowelled over the base coat reinforcing the mesh.
Selected textured finish in the required colour.
